Fall Training Series 2024

From looming elections to important decisions being made at City Hall, politics is in the air this fall. It can feel overwhelming, but now is the time to lean in and get engaged. We want to help you feel confident talking politics and getting involved in how our governments make decisions. We can win more investments for the city and push back against conservative interests.

That’s why Progress Toronto is offering 4 free trainings for our 2024 Fall Training Series just for you! This series’ trainings include How to Talk Politics with Friends and Family, Talking about Harm Reduction, School Board 101, and City Hall 101. We have incredible facilitators for each training including community organizer Clive Scott, housing advocate Diana Chan McNally, education organizer Katrina Matheson, and TDSB Trustee Matias de Dovitiis.

We offer our trainings for free so that cost isn’t a barrier. If you can, support our work by chipping in $10 to our Training Fund or by donating when you sign up.
