Raymond Ngu

Raymond Ngu is a Founding Advisor of Progress Toronto. Raymond was born and raised in Scarborough and is a current law student with an interest in civil rights, criminal justice reform, and how local laws impact communities of colour. Prior to law school, he worked at City Hall where he focused on building liveable communities through neighbourhood engagement and grassroots advocacy.

Raymond has also been a field organizer on Toronto political campaigns at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels. He strongly believes in Progress Toronto's mission to facilitate local organizing capacity and self-empower communities across the city to create a more equitable Toronto for all.
