Progress Toronto Summer Training Series
To kick off our training program at Progress Toronto, we’re running a Summer training series with 5 different sessions for you to choose from!
You’ll have the chance to meet great people and learn key skills needed to stand up to Doug Ford and build a better city.
Our series is kicking off on Monday July 29 in conversation with game changer, Victoria City Councillor, Sharmarke Dubow. Each week following we will be hosting a training session.
Trainings include: how to knock on doors and phone bank, how to organize your own door canvass or phone bank, and how to build your personal narrative to better relate to people and help move people to action.
Sign up for a training session if any of the following applies to you:
you want to build a more affordable, democratic, and just city
you’re a supporter of Progress Toronto and our campaigns
you’re interested in volunteering with us
you have volunteered with us and want to take on a bigger leadership role
You can sign up for any session and all are free! We have limited space, so see the full list below, click to find out more, and sign up before they fill up.
If you can, chip in $10 when you sign up, that will help us cover off some costs for the trainings.
You can also chip in to our training fund here.
