In December, the Mayor and City Council made a commitment to house everyone living in encampments and outside over the winter. In the coming days, City Council will vote on Toronto’s homelessness crisis as part of the 2021 budget process. With shelters at capacity, this is our chance to win emergency housing for everyone.
