Knock on Doors in Apartments
Thursday, February 26
6pm to 8pm
Meet at Eglinton Station
Doug Ford’s government passed new legislation (Bill 60) that makes it easier for landlords to evict renters and make finding an affordable place to live even harder. We need to make sure Ford still feels the pressure for his threats to renters.
That’s why we will be knocking on doors inside rental buildings across Toronto. Join us to let renters know how Bill 60 impacts them and help them tell their MPP to protect their rights as renters.
Never door knocked before? Don’t worry! We will give you support, training, and pair you with an experienced volunteer.
Will you join us? RSVP using this form.

Accessibility Information
If you have any access needs, please let us know at the bottom of the sign up form. Access needs are defined as anything a person may need to communicate, learn, and take part in an activity.
Door knocking requires walking, climbing stairs, and standing for roughly two hours. We will be inside buildings.
We are implementing disability justice in our framework and are constantly learning and growing. If you have any questions, suggestions, or need any further information, please reach out to us at volunteer@progresstoronto.ca.
