A network of advocates across the city working tirelessly to save the lives of people experiencing homelessness, are releasing three open letters. They are signed by hundreds of artists, academics, and prominent people from the business community, all joining together to call on Mayor Tory and City Council to vote to declare a State of Emergency on housing and homelessness at City Council this week.
